EUreka3D at Image & Research Conference

In November 20-23, 2024, in Girona, the 18th edition of the Image & Research Conference will be held with the aim of reflecting and sharing knowledge on different aspects linked to the management of photographic and audio-visual heritage.

The presentations will take place at the Palau de Congressos de Girona on the 21st and the 22nd of November, and the workshops will be held at the Municipal Archive of Girona on the 20th and 23rd.

EUreka3D project will be presented by project coordinator Antonella Fresa following the acceptance of a paper entitled “A new dimension for AV heritage: a EUreka3D initiative“, jointly written by authors from the EUreka3D consortium.

The Conference includes four thematic blocks through the morning and afternoon time slots, with the purpose of providing a broad response to the following questions:

  • How do we use technology?
  • How do we engage people?
  • What are the business strategies?
  • What is the state of the issue regarding conservation and historical research?
